Zelo (젤로) is a South Korean rapper-songwriter under Uzu Rocks. He is a former member of the boy group B.A.P and its subunit Bang & Zelo.
He made his solo debut on June 21, 2019 with his first mini album Distance.
Career[]
2011: Bang & Zelo[]
On November 24, 2011, TS Entertainment introduced Zelo as Bang Yongguk's sub-unit partner, Bang & Zelo. They debuted on December 2, 2011 with their self-titled digital single.[4]
2012–2018: B.A.P[]
He debuted in B.A.P on January 26, 2012 with their first single "Warrior".
He departed the group after his contract with TS Entertainment ended in December 2018 in which he decided not to renew.[5]
2019: Solo debut with Distance[]
On June 7, 2019, he announced his debut mini album Distance, which was released on June 21, 2019.[6]
2022: New agency[]
On August 17, 2022, he signed an exclusive contract with Uzu Rocks.[7]

Military service[]
On October 15, 2023, he announced through an Instagram post that he will be enlisting in the military in December.[8] He will be discharged on May 26, 2025.
