She debuted as a member of Girls' Generation on August 5, 2007 with the group's first single "Into the New World ".
2018: Girls' Generation-Oh!GG, solo debut [ ]
On September 5, 2018, Yuri debuted as a member of Girls' Generation's second sub-unit Girls' Generation-Oh!GG with their first single "Lil' Touch ".

On April 14, 2015, local news source Dispatch reported that Yuri was dating baseball player Oh Seung Hwan .
