Youngseo (영서) is a South Korean singer and lyricist under The Black Label. She is the maknae of the co-ed group ALLDAY PROJECT. She is a former pre-debut member of the girl groups I'LL-IT and N Team.
She is best known for being a contestant on the survival show R U Next?.
Career[]
2019-2022: Source Music, NTeam[]
Sometime in 2019, Youngseo joined Source Music and started training with the pre-debut group NTeam[1] and trained with them for four years. After postponement in their debut, Youngseo left Source Music in sometime 2022.
2023–2024: R U Next?, I'LL-IT[]
On June 16, 2023, she was introduced as a contestant on Belift Lab's girl group survival show R U Next?.
During the show's finale, she was revealed to have ranked 2nd overall, thus making her a member of I'LL-IT.
She left I'LL-IT on January 5, 2024, after she terminated her contract with Belift Lab.[2]
2025: The Black Label, Debut with ALLDAY PROJECT[]
On June 6, 2025, it was announced that Youngseo has signed with The Black Label and is expected to make her debut soon with the agency's upcoming co-ed group.[3] On June 9, she was revealed to be a member of the co-ed group ALLDAY PROJECT.[4][5] The group made their debut with their first single album "Famous" on June 23.[6]
