Youngbin (영빈) is a South Korean singer and dancer under EVA Entertainment. He is a former member of the boy group LUMINOUS.
Career[]
2019: Produce X 101[]
In 2019, Youngbin participated in the Mnet reality show Produce X 101 as an individual trainee. Unfortunately, he was eliminated in the fifth episode with his final rank being 68th.
2019-2025: DS BOYS, LUMINOUS[]
On August 12, 2019, Youngbin was revealed as one of the five members of DS Entertainment's trainee boy group DS BOYS.[1] The group, however, stopped posting on their social media accounts on August 23.[2] Not long after, the members all left DS Entertainment. While the four other members of DS BOYS all moved to Baronus WIP to form the group LUMINOUS.
On March 17, 2021, he officially debuted with the group's first mini album Youth.
On February 9, 2025, Barunson WIP announced that their exclusive contract with LUMINOUS has ended and the group would be disbanding.[3]
