Yoo Jiny (유지니), also written as Yu Jiny, is an South Korean-American trainee under World Star Entertainment.
She is best known for being a contestant on the survival shows K-pop Star 6: The Last Chance, CAP-TEEN, and Kookmin Singer.

2017: K-pop Star 6, signing with World Star Entertainment[]
In 2017, Yu Jiny participated on SBS TV's survivals show, K-pop Star 6: The Last Chance, as a contestant. After the show, she joined World Star Entertainment in 2019.[2]
2020: CAP-TEEN[]
In October 2020, Yu Jiny was announced as an upcoming contestant in the 2020 teen reality competition show CAP-TEEN. She finished as one of the 'Top 7' finalists with her final rank in 3rd place.[citation needed]
2021: Kookmin Singer[]
In October 2021, Jiny joined her third third survival show, Kookmin Singer. She eventually finished within the 'Top 111' ranks (ranks after 40 for individuals were not assigned).[citation needed]
