YeoJin (Korean: 여진; Japanese: ヨジン; Chinese: 汝真) is a South Korean singer and rapper. She is the maknae of the girl groups Loossemble, LOONA and its first sub-unit LOONA 1/3.
Career[]
2017: Reveal, solo debut[]
On January 4, 2017, she was revealed as the fourth member of LOONA. Her solo single album, titled "YeoJin" was released on January 16.
2018: Debut with LOONA[]
On August 20, 2018, LOONA debuted as a full twelve-member group with their first mini album + +.
2022-2023: Lawsuits against BlockBerryCreative, signing with CTDENM, Loossemble[]
In an article published by JTBC on November 28, it was revealed that Yeojin and all LOONA members except Hyunjin and Vivi have reportedly filed a lawsuit to suspend their contracts with BlockBerryCreative due to their trust in the company being damaged. BlockBerryCreative denies all claims.[2] On January 13, 2023, it was revealed that YeoJin, along with Yves, HaSeul, Go Won and Olivia Hye lost the trial against BlockBerryCreative for terminating their exclusive contracts.[3]
On June 16, 2023, The Seoul High Court's 5th Civil Cases Division ruled in favor of her, along with Yves, HaSeul, Go Won and Olivia Hye, to suspend their exclusive contracts with BlockBerryCreative.[4]
On July 5, 2023, it was reported that she, alongside Go Won and HyeJu (Olivia Hye), had signed exclusive contracts with the new agency CTDENM.[5]
On August 2, 2023, she was revealed as a member of the girl group Loossemble. They debuted on September 15, 2023 with the mini album Loossemble.
2024: Departure from CTDENM[]
On November 29, 2024, CTDENM announced that its exclusive contract with the Loossemble members had ended.[6]
2025: "Dancing In The Dark"[]
On June 5, 2025, YeoJin announced on the chat app fromm that she has a small gift for the fans in three days, teasing a solo work.[7] On June 8, she released her first digital single "Dancing In The Dark".

Yeojin graduated from the School of Performing Arts Seoul (SOPA), where she was a student of the Practical Dance department, on February 5, 2021.[8]
Health[]
On February 28, 2022, BlockBerryCreative announced that YeoJin along with fellow members HaSeul and Vivi had tested positive for COVID-19 on February 25 from a self home kit and on February 26 from a PCR test. The three members have stopped all activities and are following the guidelines and taking the necessary measures. As a result, LOONA will not be participating in the first round of Queendom 2.[9]
