XngHan (승한) is a South Korean singer under SM Entertainment. He is a former member of the boy group RIIZE.
He will make his solo debut on July 31, 2025 with the single album "Waste No Time".
Career[]
2022: SMROOKIES[]
On July 2, 2022, Seunghan, alongside Eunseok and Shohei, were revealed as the newest members of SM Entertainment's trainee team SMROOKIES.[1]
2023–2024: RIIZE[]
On May 24, 2023, SM announced that Seunghan would be debuting in their upcoming boy group.[2] On August 1, 2023, Seunghan was officially introduced as a member of RIIZE.[3]
They debuted on September 4, 2023 with their first single album "Get A Guitar".
On October 13, 2024, after nearly a year-long hiatus, SM Entertainment released a statement explaining that Seunghan would leave the group after he personally expressed his desire to leave for the sake of both the other members and the fans.[4][5]
2025: Solo debut, new stage name[]
On November 15, 2024, SM Entertainment announced that Seunghan will be debuting as a soloist in the second half of 2025.[6] On June 9, 2025, SPOTV NEWS reported that Seunghan would make his solo debut in July.[7] On June 11, SM Entertainment announced that Seunghan would debut under the name XngHan.[8]
On July 9, 2025, XngHan announced his upcoming debut under his new artist brand XngHan&Xoul, as he will be joined by creators in various fields. For his debut, XngHan will be collaborating with two professional dancers, Kyohong and Yul, for "Waste No Time" to be released on July 31.[9]

Hiatus[]
On November 21, 2023, a statement was released which announced Seunghan would take an indefinite hiatus from all RIIZE activities until further notice, after private photos from his past had circulated online.[10]
On October 10, 2024, after a year-long hiatus, SM Entertainment announced that Seunghan would resume his activities with RIIZE starting November.[11][12]
