Woochan (우찬; also known by his birth name Jo Woo Chan (조우찬)) is a South Korean rapper-songwriter under The Black Label. He is a member of ALLDAY PROJECT and a former member of the pre-debut boy group Trainee A and the project group OG SCHOOL PROJECT.

He made his solo debut on July 13, 2019 with the digital single "ID Schoolboy Pt.1".

Career[]

2017–2019: Show Me The Money 6, OG SCHOOL PROJECT, departure from Cube[]

Originally a Cube Entertainment trainee, he first appeared on Show Me The Money 6 as the youngest contestant on the show.[2] He was eliminated in the semi-finals.

Woochan later took part in OG SCHOOL PROJECT, a collaboration project group between Cube and Starship Entertainment, featuring him and Starship trainees Park Hyeon Jin and Achillo. They released the single "OGZ" on January 5, 2018.[3][4]

On July 13, 2019, Woochan revealed that after appearing on Show Me The Money 6, he went back to being a student while continuing to work on music by himself, confirming his departure from Cube.[5]

2022: Trainee A[]

On January 8, 2022, it was revealed that Woochan is one of the members of Trainee A, staying as a hidden member for the past months.[6] However, the group's debut was cancelled.

2025: Debut with ALLDAY PROJECT[]

On June 9, 2025, The Black Label announced their upcoming co-ed group ALLDAY PROJECT with Woochan as one of the members.[7][8] The group made their debut with their first single album "Famous" on June 23.[9]
