Winnie (위니) is a Thai rapper, lyricist and actor under Aplan International. He is a member of Aplan's upcoming boy group and a former member of NINE.i.

He is best known for being a contestant on the reality survival show Boys Planet.

Career[]

2022–2024: NINE.i and Boys Planet[]

On January 10, 2022, Winnie was introduced as a member of the pre-debut group NINE.i.[3]

They debuted on March 30, 2022 with the mini album New World.

On December 29, 2022, he was introduced as a contestant on Boys Planet as Winne.[4] The first episode premiered on February 2, 2023. On March 2, he was eliminated in episode 5 after ranking 80th place.[5]

On January 28, 2024, FirstOne Entertainment announced that Winnie would be leaving NINE.i due to his shoulder injury.[6]

On March 2, Aplan International announced Winnie had joined the company.[7] He was later teased to be a member of the company's first upcoming boy group.[citation needed]

Hiatus[]

On December 6, 2022, FirstOne Entertainment announced that members Winnie, Seowon, and Jiho will going on hiatus from group activities due to their individual schedules.[8]

On April 21, 2023, FirstOne announced that Winnie would be going on another hiatus due to a shoulder injury, and will not participate in the group's future activities.[9]
