On February 17, 2011, Kan Miyoun released her first mini album Watch with "Paparazzi (파파라치)" serving as the album's title track. Prior to this, she had successful activities in China with her hit song "Crazy". With this mini album, she has planned to throw away her existing image by doing a 180-degree image transformation in both music and style as well as show a new side of her who is no longer afraid of transformation.[1]

In "Paparazzi (파파라치)", it had a strong and addictive melody that is produced by Bang Si Hyuk in which it expresses the feelings for someone she likes by comparing him to a paparazzi. The song features Eric.
In the duet "Sunshine", the song has a warm, medium-tempo R&B which describes the appearance of a cute couple. Jun. K gave Kan Miyoun this song as a gift after writing it four years ago.
In "바보같은 여자라", BTS provides the powerful and sensual rap while Kan Miyoun sings the song with a sorrowful vocal. It is a hip-hop rhythm song with acoustic guitar sounds.
