Vince (formerly known as Joe Rhee) is a South Korean rapper and singer-songwriter under The Black Label. He made his debut in February 11, 2014 with the digital single "Love No.2".
On September 11, 2019, his agency announced that he would debut with the stage name Vince.[1] On October 2, 2019, the digital single "Mennal" was released.
