VVS (븨븨에스) is an upcoming five-member girl group under MZMC Inc. They will make their debut on April 22, 2025 with the digital single "Tea".
Background[]
Pre-debut[]
On April 26, 2024, it was announced that MZMC Inc. is preparing to launch a girl group called VVS.[1]
In early October, MZMC Inc. founder and CEO Paul Thompson revealed in an Instagram highlight that VVS's debut has been postponed to the first quarter of 2025 due to the company securing more business partners and their upcoming documentary collaboration with a 'well-known' media outlet amongst many other things. This media outlet was later revealed to be the American television channel CNN on which an episode titled K-Pop: A Star is Made will release in the series The Whole Story with Anderson Cooper in early January 2025; it will feature VVS, its revealed members and others trainees on their training journey in the K-pop entertainment industry.[2][3][4] In the documentary, it was confirmed that the group will debut in the first week of April 2025.
On February 5, 2025, MZMC Inc. shared that the debut of VVS is "almost ready".[5] A few days later on February 12, a teaser image with the words "coming soon" was posted via Instagram story.[6]
2025: Debut with "Tea", D.I.M.M.[]
In March 2025, Paul Thompson shared in an interview with Arirang News that VVS will make their debut on April 22 with a digital single and then the group would be releasing their first mini album on May 19.[7]
On April 7, 2025, it was announced that VVS will be introduced through a web series titled The 5 C's. On the same day, the titles of their debut single and first mini album were revealed to be "Tea" and D.I.M.M., respectively.[8]
