VIA (비아), formerly known as Sookyoung (수경) and Jian (지안), is a South Korean singer under Rabbit's Foot. She is a former member of the cancelled girl groups A.B.O. and White Witch.

She made her solo debut on June 25, 2022 with the single album "Between Us".

She is also known as a a contestant on the survival show Burn Up 30.

Career[]

2018-2020: A.B.O., White Witch, Burn Up 30[]

Sometime in 2018, she was revealed as a member of GT Entertainment's upcoming girl group A.B.O. under the stage name Jian. However, the group disbanded prior to their debut.

Sometime in late 2018, she was revealed as a member of MY Entertainment's upcoming girl group White Witch under the stage name Sookyoung. The group presumably disbanded due to inactivity since June 2020.

In June 2020, she became a contestant on the 2020 digital reality survival show Burn Up 30. The show began airing on June 26, 2020.

2022: Solo debut with "Between Us"[]

On June 25, 2022, she made her solo debut with the single album "Between Us" under the stage name VIA. She introduced herself as a R&B and hip-hop artist heavily influenced by '90s artists such as S.E.S. and Yoonmirae.[1][2]
