VAV (브이에이브이) (stylized as VɅV) is a six-member boy group formed by A team Entertainment. They debuted on October 31, 2015 with the mini album Under the Moonlight.
Their name is an acronym for Very Awesome Voice.
On June 26, 2016, it was announced by their agency that member Xiao had left the group to take care of his father's health, followed by Zehan on December 6, 2016 to pursue his acting career and GyeoUl on January 25, 2017 to focus his career as a producer. The group returned on February 18, 2017, with three new members: Ayno, Lou and Ziu.[1]
On March 10, 2023, A team announced that BaRon would be leaving VAV and terminating his exclusive contract with the company.[2]
On February 29, 2024, it was announced that A team Entertainment and VAV mutually agreed to terminate their exclusive contracts.[3]
