Unpretty Rapstar was aimed to give female rappers in Korea a voice and recognition. It's famous counterpart Show Me the Money has often produced many male artists that go on to become highly successful. So Unpretty Rapstar was created to showcase the hidden female jewels of the rap genre.[1]
