Unexpected is the third full-length album by THE BOYZ. It was released on March 17, 2025 with "VVV" serving as the album's title track.
Member Sangyeon will not be promoting with the group for this album, as he enlisted on the day of the album's release.[1]
The physical album comes in four versions: Begin, Become, Breakthrough, and Kiwee Album.
Background[]
On February 2, 2025, during the final concert of their Fan-Con <The B Land> in Seoul, THE BOYZ revealed that they were planning to make a comeback in March.[2] On February 24, THE BOYZ announced their third full-length album Unexpected, scheduled for March 17.[3]
Commercial performance[]
According to Hanteo Chart, Unexpected sold 743,255 copies in its first week of release, breaking the group's previous first-week sales record.[4]
