U Hee (유희; also spelled as Yuhui) is a South Korean singer under Liz Entertainment. She is a former member of the girl group Chic Angel, the pre-debut girl group WE-SAY and the project girl group Chic&I's.
She made her solo debut on December 14, 2018 with the digital single "Stay".
Career[]
2017–2019: Chic Angel, solo debut with "Stay"[]
U Hee was first introduced as a member of Chic Angel under the name Soyeon.[1] She officially debuted in the group on February 16, 2017, with the group's first digital single "Is Love".
After announcing the news on December 3, 2018, she made her solo debut with the digital single "Stay" on December 14, 2018.
She made her first solo comeback on November 12, 2019 with "Mystery". The track was composed by fellow Chic Angel member Laeun.
2020-2025: CHIC&IDLE, "Idea Idea", Chic Angel's disbandment[]
On June 27, 2020, U Hee was revealed as the third member to be added to the lineup of Liz Entertainment's new project girl group, CHIC&IDLE (now known as Chic&I's). She debuted in the group on July 20, with their first digital single "3! 4!".[2]
On November 7, 2022, Chic Angel announced on their Instagram that U Hee will release her 3rd single titled "Idea Idea" on November 11.[3]
On August 16, 2023, Chic&I's announced a new lineup without U Hee which confirmed her departure from the group.[4]
As of February 2025, Chic Angel was removed from Liz Entertainment's Instagram bio, hinting at their silent disbandment.[5]
