U is the first Japanese full-length album by NiziU. It was released on November 24, 2021 with "Chopstick" serving as the album's title track.

On international digital platforms, the album was released as a "Special Edition" album featuring the English versions of their previously released single "Take a picture / Poppin' Shakin'".

The physical release comes in four versions: a regular CD edition, two limited CD+DVD editions (types A and B) and a limited fanclub CD edition, only available for WithU members to purchase.
