UN (유엔) was a male duo under Laful Entertainment (current known as NH Media). They debuted on July 26, 2000 with their debut stage on Show! Music Tank. Their first album, United 'n' - Generation, was released on July 31, 2000.
Their name is short for United N-generation.

In 1999, the two members, who are both from the top universities in Korea, formed UN but it wasn't until July 2000 that they released their first album.[citation needed]
In September 2005, five years after their debut and five albums later, their management agency, Laful Entertainment, announced that the duo would disband after the expiration of their contract.[citation needed]
