"Tongue Tied" is the first Japanese single by Key. It was released on June 26, 2024 with "Tongue Tied" serving as the single's title track.

The physical single comes in four versions: two First Press Limited Edition (Freaky and Unrealistic), Regular Edition (Occult) and Universal Music Store Limited Edition (Tarot Card).

Background

On May 28, 2024, it was announced through SHINee's Japanese website that Key will be releasing his first Japanese single "Tongue Tied" on August 7. Through the first series of teasers, the single was revealed to be released digitally on June 26.
