His Thai nickname, "เตนล์" (Ten), is derived from "นกกระเต็น" (Nok Kraten), which means "The Kingfisher" in English.
เตนล์ (pronounced "tten" with a middle tone), sounds like the Thai word for “dance,” which is เต้น (pronounced "tten" with a high tone). The only difference is the tone.
