Taemin (태민) is a South Korean singer and actor under SM Entertainment . He is a member of the boy group SHINee and supergroup SuperM .
He made his solo debut on August 18, 2014 with the mini album Ace .
Career
2008: Debut with SHINee
On May 25, 2008, he debuted as a member of SHINee with the group's first mini album Replay .
2014: Solo debut
He made his debut as a solo artist on August 18, 2014 with his first mini album Ace .
2019: Debut with SuperM
On August 4, 2019, he was revealed as a member of the supergroup SuperM .[1] The group debuted on October 4 with their self-titled mini album .
Personal life
Education
In March 2011, he transferred from Chungdam High School to Hanlim Multi Arts School to accommodate for SHINee 's Japanese promotions.[2] He graduated on February 10, 2012, but was unable to attend the ceremony due to group promotions.[3]
For college, he attended Myongji University where he majored in Musical and Film.[4]
