Sunghoon (성훈) is a South Korean dancer and singer under Belift Lab. He is a member of the boy group ENHYPEN.
Career[]
Pre-debut[]
Before becoming a trainee, he was a figure skater who competed in various competitions. He won silver at the Asian Figure Skating Trophy twice, during different years, and participated in the Korea Figure Skating Championship in 2018.[2]
2020: I-LAND[]
On June 1, 2020, Sunghoon was introduced as a contestant in the CJ ENM and Big Hit Entertainment's reality survival show I-LAND.[3] On September 18, 2020, he ranked 6th place by global votes and became a member of the boy group ENHYPEN.[4]
On November 30, he then debuted in ENHYPEN with the release of their first mini album Border : Day One.
2021-2022: Music Bank MC, Mimicus[]
On September 27, it was revealed that he, alongside IVE's Wonyoung, had become the new MC of Music Bank, with his first broadcast taking place on October 8.[5]
He made a cameo appearance in the web drama Mimicus.
On September 1, 2022, it was announced that Sunghoon would be stepping down from the MC position of Music Bank.[6]

On February 2, 2022, it was revealed by Belift that Sunghoon had underwent surgery on January 29th as he was experiencing discomfort due to his rhinitis symptoms. He will then be recovering and taking a break to rest.[7]
