Stay Alive is the first Japanese full-length album by STAYC. It will be released on February 11, 2026 with "Mwuah" serving as the album's title track.

The physical album comes in eight versions: Regular, Limited and six member-specific editions.

On November 5, 2025 it was announced that STAYC will be releasing their first Japanese full-length album Stay Alive, set for release on February 11, 2026.
