"Square One" is the debut digital single album by BLACKPINK.[1] It was released on August 8, 2016 with "Whistle" and "Boombayah" serving as the single's double title tracks.

Commercial performance[]
On July 26, 2023, "Boombayah" received a gold certification by the Recording Industry Association of Japan after surpassing 50 million streams in Japan.[3]
