iHQ, doing business as sidusHQ (싸이더스HQ), is a South Korean entertainment management company under D'Live Co. Ltd.. It was founded in 2000 as Sidus by CTI company Locus, as a result of the merger between EMB Production Co., Ltd and Uno Films.[1]
In 2003, SidusHQ became independent from their holding company, Plenus (Locus), after acquiring them at a 53.4% stake.[2]
In 2004, the company merged with iHQ.[3]
