Shownu X Hyungwon

Shownu X Hyungwon (Korean: 셔누X형원; Japanese: ショヌXヒョンウォン) is the first sub-unit of the boy group MONSTA X. They made their debut on July 25, 2023 with the mini album The Unseen.

History[]

2023: Debut with The Unseen[]

On May 3, Starship Entertainment confirmed that members Shownu and Hyungwon will form the group's first unit.^[1] On June 28, they announced that they will make their debut with the mini album, The Unseen, on July 25.^[2]

2024: "I Hate You (2024) - Spotify Singles"[]

On February 29, Shownu X Hyungwon released a remake of 2PM's "I Hate You" through the Spotify Singles project titled "I Hate You (2024) - Spotify Singles".^[3]
