Shining Up (stylized in all caps) is the second mini album by TEMPEST. It was released on August 29, 2022 with "Can't Stop Shining" serving as the album's title track.

The physical album comes in two CD versions (Sunlight and Moonlight) and a Vinyl version.

Background

On August 10, 2022, a coming soon poster was released across SNS accounts, announcing a comeback scheduled for August 29. On August 11, the promotion schedule was revealed for the group's second mini album, Shining Up. Pre-orders started on August 12.
