Shinhoo Entertainment (신후이엔티), formerly known as Kiroy Company (키로이컴퍼니), was a South Korean record label and entertainment agency founded in 2012 by solo singer and producer Yang Jung Seung. The agency later merged with SI Entertainment in 2014 then acquired by household good development and marketing company Shinhoo in September 2015, thus renaming into Shinhoo Entertainment.[1][2]
The agency officially closed business on April 28, 2016.[3]
