Shin Kyu Hyun (신규현; formerly known as Laon) is a South Korean singer and actor under Kithewhale Company. He is member of the boy band Monkey Shoulder and former member and leader of the boy group ENOi.
He was also member of the project boy group Wild Animal under the name Cha Hae-gyeol (차해결).
Career[]
2016: BOYS24[]
In 2016, Laon appeared as a contestant of a South-Korean survival reality show BOYS24. He ended up being eliminated in episode 8, thus not joining the final line-up.
2019–2021: ENOi[]
On April 19, 2019, Laon debuted as a member of ENOi with their first digital single "Bloom".
On January 22, 2021, Kithewhale Company announced through the group's fan cafe that ENOi had disbanded after Avin, Jinwoo, and J-Kid decided to terminate their contracts on the 31st, with the remaining four members, including Laon, continuing activities under the agency.[1]
