Sharp (샵), stylized as S#arp, was a four-member co-ed group. They originally debuted as five in November 1998 with their first album The S#arp. Chris later joined during the album activities. Prior to the release of their second album, John Kim and Oh Hee Jong left the group after the release of the group's first album, The S#arp, in 1998. New members Sori and Chris joined the group in 1999 for the second album, The S#arp+2. Sori later left the group after the album and promotions. From 2000 onwards, the lineup consisted of Seok Hyun, Ji Hye, Ji Young, and Chris.[1] Sharp was one of the few co-ed active during their time and won number 1 on Inkigayo and Music Bank. They released The Four Letter World Love (2000), 4ever Feel So Good (2001), Flat Album (2001), and Style (2002).
The group disbanded on October 15, 2002 due to a ongoing conflict between Lee Ji Hye and Seo Ji Young which included physical assault and verbal abuse.[1][2]
