Seungmin (Korean: 승민; Japanese: スンミン) is a South Korean singer-songwriter under JYP Entertainment. He is a member of the boy group Stray Kids.

Career[]

2017-2018: Stray Kids, debut with Stray Kids, After School Club[]

Seungmin participated in JYP Entertainment's survival show, Stray Kids, in 2017.

After managing to get into Stray Kids, he debuted with the group on March 25, 2018.

He hosted the show After School Club with Jamie and Han Heejun.

2019-2021: We K-Pop, "Here Always"[]

Seungmin hosted the variety program We K-Pop from July 12 to October 11, 2019, with Kim Shin Young, 2PM's Nichkhun, and SF9's Inseong.

In 2021, he released the track "Here Always" for the South Korean drama Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha.

2022-2024: "Close to You", "Phobia"[]

Seungmin's second original soundtrack, "Close to You", was released on October 19, 2022, as part of the drama Love in Contract.

In March 2024, he released "Phobia" as part of the soundtrack of the Webtoon I'm the Queen in this Life.
