Seowon (서원) is a South Korean trot singer, musical actress and television personality under Lean Branding. She is the maknae of the project girl group UNIS. She debuted as a solo artist on April 24, 2021 with the digital single "Shoulder Dance".
She is also known for being a contestant on the reality survival shows, Miss Trot 2, Music Love, and Universe Ticket.
Career[]
2018: Music Love[]
In the summer of 2018, Seo Won became a contestant on the reality survival show, Music Love. She was unfortunately eliminated from the competition.[2]
2020–present: Miss Trot 2, solo debut, Universe Ticket, and debut with UNIS[]
In December 2020, Seo Won appeared as a contestant on the reality survival show, Miss Trot 2.[3] Sometime after the show, Seo Won signed a contract with Lean Branding[4] and went onto make her official debut as a soloist on April 24, 2021, with the release of her first digital single, "Shoulder Dance".
On July 13, 2023, Seo Won was announced as a contestant for the SBS survival show Universe Ticket. During the show's finale, she was revealed to have ranked 5th overall, thus making her a member of UNIS.[5]
Seo Won made her debut as the maknae of UNIS on March 27, 2024 with the mini album We UNIS.[6][7]
