The show has a goal of forming the "MNext Global Boy Band".

On March 14, 2025, Mnet announced auditions for an upcoming boy band survival show for anyone born before January 1, 2011.^[1]

On August 13, Mnet announced that they will debut a new global boy band through a survival show titled STEAL HEART CLUB which will air in October 2025.^[2]

Rounds[]

Round 1. Club audition.[]

During the first mission, the teams will be competing against each other. The winner will become the heart musician and will receive benefits for the next mission. The loser will become the backup musician and will perform in unfavorable condition. The result of the "Club audition" is decided by the sum of the votes of band makers vote and directors score. Band maker votes are formed by live individual vote and team vote. In terms of live individual vote during the show, when the polling rate gets over 80%, the relevant participant's face sill reveal on the big LED. Depending on their result, the winning team becomes heart musician and the losing team, backup musician.

Heart pass is given when directors and band makers choices differ. Through discussion, each director can choose one backup musician to become a heart musician. All members of the Singer Songwriters team received a heart pass.

Round 2. Mega Band Mission.[]

Mega Band Mission is a mega-band performance where all 50 members will perform the STEAL HEART CLUB signal song. Heart musicians will be in the front, and backup musicians will be in the back. There are only five heart musicians per position, who can be in the front. A member will also be chosen to represent their position and perform the song's intro. The last placed participants will wave flags instead of playing their instruments.

To fill the limited number of seats, the musician's level will be adjusted. The level adjustment will be evaluated based on the solo part of each position. If a heart musician fails to perform during the level adjustment, they will be demoted to a backup musician, and the backup musician will have the opportunity to take their place.

Round 3. Dual Stage Battle.[]

In the 3rd round, 2 groups will compete against each other. The sum of individual votes will determine the winner. All members of the losing team will be considered for elimination, and their scores will be summed by the directors. A total of 10 people will be eliminated from the show. Front person will have strong benefits again. Based on the first two rounds, the directors have selected 5 front person: Keiten, Dane, Kim Eun Chan (A), Riaan and Oh Da Joon . Firstly, they have the opportunity to choose their team members first, and the front person can also choose each other. Secondly, the front person becomes the center of the group. Participants who are not chosen as front person must form a team within 10 minutes and choose their own front person.

Round 4. Band Unit Battle.[]

The Band Unit Battle consists of two rounds, in which the keywords determine the direction of the performance. The first round is a team unit battle where the team performs alone. The second round is a collab unit battle, where the participants perform with an artist from a different genre. The team consists of 8 people, with two units of 3 to 6 people, and each person must perform at least once. The ranking in the 4th round will be determined after the results of the 1st and 2nd rounds are announced. The team that takes first place in the unit battle will receive a benefit of 10,000 points.

Kazuki left the show due to health issues, and Kim Gun Dae, who had been eliminated in the previous round, was brought back.

Zhao Jia Yin was originally on Dane team but left the show due to injuries, and Choi Jin Geon took his place in the second round.

Team Lee Yoon Chan received a benefit of 10,000 points and filmed a performance, which was posted on the 1theK Live YouTube channel.

Round 5. Topline Battle.[]

The Topline Battle is out of 4 toplines, the participant must choose one and arrange it to complete the performance. The 20 potential musicians who made the semifinals will choose the song and adjust the members after the lineup announcement.

But before that, an interim check was carried out. According to the final rankings of Round 4, 5th place will move to the topline according to their positions first. The max number per position is 2. If the topline is fully occupied, one of the participants may be kicked out by another participant of a higher rank. As soon as the musician is forced out, he can choose one of the available spots. Two teams will compete for 1 prize. The winner will receive a benefit of 3,000 points.
