SNUPER (스누퍼) was a six-member boy group under WIDMAY Entertainment. They debuted on November 16, 2015 with their first mini album Shall We.
They disbanded on May 3, 2023 following the expiration of the members' contracts.[1]
Their name stands for 'higher than super'.
History[]
2015: Debut with Shall We[]
On November 16, 2015, SNUPER made their official debut with their first mini album Shall We.
2020–2021: Suhyun and Sangil enlistments, Sebin's hiatus[]
On January 31, 2020, it was announced that Suhyun would be enlisting in the military on February 3.[2]
On July 13, 2020, it was announced that Sangil would be enlisting as an active duty soldier to the 12th division on July 20.[3]
On March 26, 2021, Sebin was officially revealed as one of the 11 members of the then-upcoming boy group OMEGA X, hinting his break from SNUPER activities.[4]
2023: Disbandment[]
On May 3, 2023, SNUPER announced their official disbandment after all six members' contracts with the company came to an end.[1]
