Rookie (루키) is a four-member kids girl group under HR Entertainment. They made their debut on October 19, 2021 with the digital single "Oppa".
The group presumably disbanded in 2022.
History[]
2021: Debut with "Oppa"[]
On September 25, 2021, pre-debut kids girl group Rookie revealed their upcoming debut through their Instagram, which could be found through their other girl group Cookie.[1][2] The following week, they introduced the four members who will be debuting, consisting of member Sooa who is also a member of HR Entertainment's other kids girl group Cookie, Nakyeong, Youmin and maknae Bomin.[3]
On October 13, they revealed their debut digital single, "Oppa", set to release on October 19, with a music video released early on October 16.[4][5]
2022: "으라차차" and disbandment[]
On April 1, 2022, the group returned with their second digital single "으라차차". Shortly after this, the group became inactive and presumably disbanded the same year.
