Career[]
2017–2018: MIXNINE[]
In 2017, he became a contestant on JTBC's survival reality show MIXNINE as a contestant representing his label, RBW. He was eliminated in episode 13 as ranking 23rd place.[1]
2019-2022: ONEUS[]
On January 9, he debuted on RBW's new boy group ONEUS, with the mini album Light Us.
On October 14, 2022, an anonymous individual posted a statement on Twitter claiming that they are Ravn's ex-girlfriend. In the post, they said that Ravn cheated on her multiple times during their two-year relationship, made her pay for everything, and he allegedly sexually assaulted her when she was intoxicated. A clip was posted alongside, and the anonymous individual stated that it was allegedly Ravn in the clip. In the clip, violent language can be heard as well as him saying he wants to "stab her with a knife." On the morning of October 15, 2022, RBW released a statement stating that they are currently looking into and investigating these claims.[2] On October 17, RBW also released a new statement stating that Ravn will not participate in group activities until the truth is confirmed.[3]
On October 27, 2022, RBW announced that Ravn had voluntarily left the group.[4]
In December, Ravn's alleged girlfriend Lee Haeun, which was accused of harassment by the anonymous individual, stated on an Instagram story that they wrote lies and spreaded her personal informations. As a result, she will be taking legal action against the individual if they do not apologize to her or take appropriate measures. Furthermore, she will be pressing charges against those spreading malicious comments.[5]
