Pledis Entertainment (플레디스 엔터테인먼트) is a South Korean record label and entertainment agency. Founded in 2007, their current artists include After School, SEVENTEEN, fromis_9 and TWS.
On May 25, 2020, it was announced that Big Hit Entertainment had acquired Pledis Entertainment after becoming their largest shareholder, and therefore would become a HYBE subsidiary.[1]

Han Sung Soo, the founder of Pledis Entertainment, brought along Park Kahi and Son Dam Bi to create Pledis.
