Phantom is the fourth mini album by WayV. It was released on December 28, 2022 with "Phantom" serving as the album's title track.

This marked the group's first release without Lucas, who had been on hiatus since August 2021. He would eventually leave the group in May 2023.

The physical album comes in two versions: Overtune and Opera.

Background

On September 30, 2022, during the third episode of NCT show, WayV confirmed that they are preparing for their fourth mini album. On November 23, it was announced that WayV will release their fourth mini album, Phantom on December 9. However, on November 30, Label V announced that the album's release would be delayed. It was later announced that the new release date would be December 28.
