Park Woo Jin (박우진; or simply Woojin) is a South Korean rapper and singer-songwriter under Brand New Music. He is the main rapper of the boy group AB6IX and a former member of the project boy group Wanna One.
He made his solo debut on February 27, 2023 with the EP Own.
Career[]
2017: Produce 101 Season 2 and Wanna One[]
In 2017, Woojin participated in the second season of Mnet's survival television show, Produce 101, along with other four trainees from his agency, Brand New Music. Him and Lee Dae Hwi were the only one to made it to the final line up, ranking 6th and 3rd respectively, becoming members of the boy group Wanna One.[1]
On August 7, 2017, he debuted in Wanna One with the mini album, 1X1=1 (To Be One), and its title track, "Energetic".
2019: AB6IX[]
After the disbandment of Wanna One on January 27, 2019, Woojin was revealed as a member of Brand New Music's new boy group, AB6IX, consisted of all four trainees of Produce 101 and another trainee from the agency. The group debuted on May 22, 2019 with the mini album B:Complete and its title track, "Breathe". Before their official debut, a performance video of the track "Hollywood" was released on April 25, 2019.
2023: Solo debut[]
On February 13, it was announced that Woojin will make his solo debut with the EP, Own on February 27.[2]

- It was revealed that he, fellow member Daniel, and BTS's Jimin were in a dance competition called Busan City Kids.
- He studies in Seoul Art Center.
- He became a JYP Entertainment trainee in 2015.
- When he was 11, he was in Superstar K, but was eliminated.
- He has a snaggletooth.
- He became known as the guy with reverse charms due to the fact at first his rank was 72nd in the first episode, but managed to reach 6th and debut in the end.
- He was hospitalized for shingles on the day of recording for the concept evaluation for Produce 101 Season 2, but he decided to still perform. He later went to the hospital to rest and get treatment, and then continued filming.
- He has been training for 1 year and 2 months, but if including Produce 101 Season 2, then it will be 1 year and 6 months.
