PRECIOUS (프레셔스) was a three-member girl group under UMI Entertainment. Originally as five, they debuted on September 23, 2020 with the digital single album "Let It Shine!".
The group's disbandment was announced on February 17, 2024.
History[]
2020: "It's Me", debut with "Let It Shine!"[]
On July 21, PRECIOUS released the pre-debut digital single "It's Me".
On September 23, the group officially debuted with the digital single "Let It Shine!".
2021-2024: Hiatuses, line-up changes and disbandment[]
On December 6, 2021, it was announced that members HanByeol and LeeSoo would go on indefinite hiatuses to prioritize on their health.[1]
After a livestream on February 14, 2022, member JiHyo stopped participating in activities for unknown reasons. No announcement was ever made about the absences.
On March 2, 2022, it was announced that HanByeol would resume activities.[2] However, she would only be seen in one livestream before returning to being absent from activities.
On September 23, 2022, it was announced that the members JiHyo, LeeSoo and HanByeol would end their group activities as their contracts had been terminated.[3]
In October 2022, MinJeong, along with EunB and HanWoom, was seen attending a fashion show as a member of PRECIOUS, hinting that she had joined the group.[4]
In early 2023, the group changed their profile picture on Instagram, showing a new line-up consisting of EunB, HanWoom, MinJeong, HeeSu and HyoJin.[5]
On June 22, 2023, through an article, PRECIOUS confirmed their new lineup that consists of EunB, HanWoom and Min.[6]
On February 17, 2024, member HanWoom announced on PocketDols that the members had decided to go separate ways, thus confirming the group’s disbandment.
In early March, UMI Entertainment's website was updated, removing PRECIOUS from their artist list, and now listing HanWoom and Min as actresses. EunB was removed from the website completely, signifying that she has left the company.

- Former member HeeSu is a former member of the cancelled girl group VERITAS.
- Former member LeeSoo is the younger sister of UK (Jin Seung-wook), a former member of boy groups N.tic, Ten-X and VARSITY.
- HeeSu and HyoJin later both joined pre-debut group SOE, whose debut plans likely fell through.
