NiiiiiA (니아), also known as Gunwoo (건우), is a South Korean singer and actor under World Entertainment. He is the leader of the boy group MYNAME.
Career[]
2017: The Unit[]
In 2017, he participated on the idol rebooting project show The Unit. He was eliminated in episode 13 and finished in 36th place.
2021–present: Solo activities[]
On September 9, 2021, he announced the change of his stage name to NiiiiA.[1]
On July 31, 2022, Stando Distributions revealed the title of his first Japanese mini album 2Years slated for release on August 3.[2]
Personal life[]
He enlisted in the military on March 20, 2020 and was discharged on December 19, 2021.
