Never Gonna Dance Again : Act 1 is the first part of Taemin's third full-length album. It was released on September 7, 2020 with the song "Criminal" serving as the album's title track. "Black Rose" was also promoted on music shows.
"2 Kids" was pre-released on August 4, 2020.
The physical album comes in two versions: Suspect and Innocent.
