Neptune (넵튠) is the fourteenth sub-unit of tripleS. It is one of four subunits created simultaneously as a part of tripleS Universe, alongside Moon, Sun and Zenith. They made their debut on November 24, 2025 with the mini album <Beyond Beauty>.

History[]

2025: Reveal, Member Gravity, Song Gravity, <Beyond Beauty>[]

On September 3, 2025, a video was uploaded to the official tripleS YouTube channel announcing the four subunits comprising tripleS Universe, as well as revealing the leaders of each unit, chosen by random draw.[1] The video also revealed the structure and rules of the Grand Gravity fan votes through which the members and concept songs of each subunit would be chosen.

To determine the members of each subunit, four simultaneous votes were held each day for a period of five days. On the first day, 20 tripleS members, excluding the randomly chosen leaders, would be eligible for voting. The member who ranked first in the voting for a specific subunit would become a member of that unit; if a member ranked first in more than one subunit vote, they would join the unit with the highest amount of como (voting currency) under their name, and the second-place member in the unchosen unit(s) would become a member in their place. On each subsequent day, the number of members eligible for voting decreased by four as the members were assigned to units, until the fifth day when all four units had a complete roster of six members.

After the Member Gravities, four simultaneous Song Gravities were held to determine the “concept song” of each unit, with the same four song snippets being available for voting for each unit. In the case of a song being voted into first place for multiple units, the same rule as the Member Gravities was observed.

On September 5, it was announced that DaHyun was placed in Neptune,[2] followed by NaKyoung on September 6,[3] Nien on September 7,[4] Kotone on September 8[5] and SeoAh on September 9.[6]

On November 1, it was announced that the sub-units will debut simultaneously on November 24 with the mini album <Beyond Beauty>.[7]
