Nayun (나윤; also stylized as Nayoon) is a South Korean singer and rapper under MYNEST Company. She is a member of the girl group MOMOLAND.

Career[]

2016: Finding Momoland and debut with MOMOLAND[]

In 2016, she became a contestant on Mnet's reality survival show Finding Momoland. She finished the competition in third place, thus becoming a member of the girl group MOMOLAND.^[1] The group officially debuted on November 10, 2016 with their first mini album Welcome to Momoland.

2023: Departure from MLD Entertainment[]

On January 27, 2023, MLD Entertainment announced that MOMOLAND would be leaving the agency after deciding not to renew their contracts.^[2]

Personal life[]

Hiatus[]

On July 1, 2018, MLD Entertainment released a statement revealing that Nayun would be taking a hiatus from the group's activity due to health issues.^[3] On September 13, MLD announced that Nayun would return to promotions after recovering from otolithiasis.^[4]
