Nam Yuju (남유주) is a South Korean-Japanese trainee under Evermore Entertainment. She is a member of the pre-debut girl group EVERMORE MUSE.
She is also known for being a contestant on the competitive reality shows CAP-TEEN, Stars Awakening and I-LAND 2.
Career[]
2020–2022: CAP-TEEN, EVERMORE MUSE, Stars Awakening[]
In October 2020, Nam Yuju was announced as an upcoming contestant in the 2020 teen competitive reality show, CAP-TEEN.[citation needed]
Later on January 14, 2021, Yuju was revealed as a trainee of Evermore Entertainment's trainee girl group EVERMORE MUSE.[1]
On May 19, 2022, she participated at Stars Awakening survival show as a contestant. Unfortunately she was eliminated on the seventh episode due to the failure to pass the third round.
2024: I-LAND 2[]
On March 21, 2024, Yuju was confirmed as a upcoming contestant on Mnet's newest reality show, I-LAND 2, along with the other participating trainees, through the performance video.[2] Her official profile was released the next day.[3][4] Unfortunately, Yuju was eliminated in the finale, placing ninth and being unable to be part of I-LAND 2's debut group, izna.[5]
