naevis (나이비스; also stylized as nævis) is a virtual singer under SM Entertainment. She will make her debut on September 10, 2024 with the digital single "Done".
Concept[]
naevis is the first virtual artist under SM Entertainment. She is a supporting character of the aespa's universe who guide and helps the members and their avatars by opening the P.O.S (Port of Soul) connecting the Flat world, the Real World, and the Kwangya SM center.
naevis will be using a voice created with artificial intelligence as well as content generated by AI. Her IP universe will expand through music, webtoons, games, brand collaborations, and merchandise.[1]

2024: Debut[]
On May 8, 2024, SM Entertainment announced that naevis will be releasing her debut single in the third quarter of 2024.[2] On August 21, SM Entertainment released a teaser video for naevis, confirming that she will be making her debut in September.[1] An additional teaser revealed that she will be releasing the digital single "Done" on September 10.[3]
