Neo Tracks! Hello, we are NTX!
(Neo Tracks! 안녕하십니까, NTX입니다!)

—NTX

NTX (KR: 엔티엑스; JP: エンティエックス), formerly known as NT9, is an eight-member boy group under Victory Company. Originally as 10, they made their debut on March 30, 2021 with their first mini album Full of Lovescapes.[1]

Their name originally meant "Neo Tracks No.X" as X was the roman numeral for 10, which represented the number of members. However, due to Gihyun's, and eventually Jiseong's departures, the "X" was changed to represent the unknown.

History[]

Pre-debut[]

They were originally set to debut in January 2021 but was delayed due to COVID-19.[2] Prior to their debut, they released four pre-release singles "The Opening : Public, "The Opening : Basic Yell", "The Opening : Herma", and "The Opening : The Finale" on August 28, September 25, October 31, and November 28, 2020, respectively. All singles were included in the group's debut album.

They also released the mixtape Million Dollar Bill sometime in 2020 with members Rawhyun, Gihyun, and Jiseong releasing mixtapes.

On September 17, 2021, Jiseong participated in the survival show "Wild Idol" where he finished third place, making him able to debut with TAN, therefore he would be focusing on activities with TAN.

On November 6, 2022, Victory Company announced that Gihyun had left the group due to personal reasons.[3] They later released their first single album "Latecomer" on November 23.

2023-2024: Peak Time, Odd Hour, "X-Present", Hold X, departure of Jiseong[]

Sometime in 2023, they competed on Peak Time under the name Team 2:00. They were unfortunately eliminated in the semi-finals.
