Musical Xcalibur World Premiere Live Recording Original Cast 2019 is a live album from the 2019 production of Xcalibur Musical. It was released on September 19, 2019.

Background[]

On July 24, 2019, it was reported that the Xcalibur musical production will be releasing a live album, featuring Kim Joon Hyun, Kai, Sun Jun Ho, DK (SEVENTEEN), Jang Eun Ah, Shin Young Sook, Kim Jun Su, Uhm Ki Joon, Kim So Hyang, Park Kang Hyun, Lee Sang Jun, Min Kyung Ah, Lee Ji Hoon, and an ensemble.[1]

On September 6, it was announced that the original September 9 release schedule will be moved to September 19, 2019 due to production delays and an upcoming holiday.[2]

All songs are composed by Frank Wildhorn, lyrics by Robin Lerner, Korean translation by Park Chun Hwi, and the arrangement and orchestrations by Kooen Schoots.[3]

Commercial performance[]

According to the Circle Retail Album Chart, Musical Xcalibur World Premiere Live Recording Original Cast 2019 sold 3,072 physical copies on its first day of sales.[4] The album was not available for digital streaming and digital purchase.
