Miru (미루), also known by her full name Shiroma Miru (KR: 시로마 미루; JP:白間 美瑠/しろま みる) is a Japanese singer under Universal Music Japan. She is a former member of the Japanese group NMB48.
She is best known for participating in the reality survival shows Produce 48 and Queendom Puzzle.
Career[]
2010–2020: NMB48, AKB48, Produce 48[]
In 2010, Miru joined NMB48 after passing their 1st Generation auditions.
In 2014, Miru was given a cocurrent position in AKB48 and canceled in 2017.
In 2018, she participated in Mnet's survival show Produce 48. She was eliminated in the finale after ranking 20th place.[2]
2021: Departure from NMB48[]
On August 31, 2021, Miru graduated from NMB48.
2022: Solo debut[]
She made her solo debut on July 6, 2022 with her first single "Shine Bright".
2023: Queendom Puzzle[]
On May 26, 2023, Miru was announced as a contestant for the survival show Queendom Puzzle.
